On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Yuu Saitou“Giji Harem (Pseudo Harem),” a new promotional video for the project was revealed. The video finally announces the production team, but still has not revealed a scheduled release date.
Saitou began publishing the manga through his official Twitter account in 2018, and later began publishing it in the magazine Monthly Shonen Sunday from the publisher Shogakukan in January 2019, ending it in March 2021. He is also the author of the manga “Getsuyoubi wa 2-gen kara“, which he published in the same magazine between December 2012 and September 2016.

Synopsis of Giji Harem
Eiji Kitahama, a second-year high school student, just wants to be popular. To help him make this dream come true, Rin Nanakura, his classmate in the drama club, uses her acting skills to create a harem of loving girls for him. Although the different “girls” show affection towards Eiji, the affection of the actress behind them is very real. Rin’s showy performance continually delights Eiji, but will the actress herself be able to make a place for herself in her heart?
