During a special broadcast for the animator’s first anime film Gensho Yasuda“Make A Girl“, a promotional video for the project was revealed. The video confirms more members of the voice cast and production team, but does not yet list a scheduled release date.
On the other hand, the promotional images show the same main girl in two different environments, and with the slogan: «Who is the real me?».

Description of Make A Girl
The anime “Make a Girl” is based on the 3D short “Make Love”, created by Yasuda himself. The story follows a high school boy named Akira, who invents an “artificial girlfriend” called Number 0. Yasuda and his studio Yasuda Gensho are creating the film in collaboration with 3D CG studio Xenotoon. Yasuda launched a Campfire crowdfunding campaign for “Make a Girl” on August 26, 2022.
The campaign had a goal of 10 million yen (about $67,000) and ended on October 31, 2022 with 23,730,805 yen (about $160,000). Yasuda intended to release the film in 2024. Yasuda founded the Yasuda Gensho studio in 2021, after working as a CG animator for Nitroplus. His independent animated shorts, created in Blender, are popular on Twitter and TikTok, with a combined 5.8 million followers.
