Jujutsu Kaisen fans celebrate the most recent episode

The most recent episode of the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen became a trend after presenting a spectacular animation work by the studios MAPPA. As we had previously mentioned, This second season is currently adapting the Shibuya Incident Arcone of the most popular story arcs of the original manga and recent shonen in particular.

Jujutsu Kaisen

In this most recent episode, fans were finally able to witness the lively combat between Yuji Itadori against Choso. After separating from Megumi near Shibuya Tower, Yuji runs down the highway towards Shibuya Station. While running across a bridge, Yuji notices that some transfigured humans are attacking some civilians.

There are a large number of attackers and Yuji does not have enough time left to save all the innocent civilians. He is very close to Shibuya Station and doesn’t know what to do. Suddenly, he hears a very familiar vocabulary that gives him some hope. Yuji notices Toge Inumaki and jumps down, deciding that it is best to leave it to his senpai.

At 10:10 p.m., Yuji enters Shibuya Station. Unknown to him, Choso is waiting for him inside ready to avenge his brothers. The sorcerer student runs inside and is surprised to see that the building is basically abandoned. He believed that there was supposed to be a large group of people trapped at the station and wonders if he is on the right path.

Yuji stops after going down some stairs and comes face to face with Choso. Both are upset by the presence of the other, but Choso is the first to act. He recognizes Yuji and is instantly enraged at the thought of his two brothers’ deaths.

And it was clear that the comments from Jujutsu Kaisen fans were not going to wait:

  • «One of the best and most brutal fights of this arc. I hope it convinces people that Yuji is a battle genius.».
  • «This episode was unlike any other Jujutsu Kaisen episode I’ve ever seen. He would never have imagined it so cinematic. The truth is that I can’t believe it».
  • «The orchestrated version of “Remember” was incredible. I’m glad the team was able to produce a great episode, even with all the problems they’re having right now.».
  • «It brings a tear to my eye that so much justice has been done to this incredible fight.».
  • «The people who animated this are literal gods, they have divine talent to create something like this».
  • «What a masterpiece of an episode. The fight, the lighting, the animation, the camera angles. This is the pinnacle of anime. I can’t wait to see the rest of Jujutsu Kaisen animated!».
  • «Choso’s mental breakdown scene was so good. The aspect ratios and the change from 16:9 to 4:3 during the middle of its collapse and then the transition to the VHS style of “memories that didn’t exist” was just incredible direction».
  • «That first shot, the one we see from Choso’s perspective, is like nothing I’ve seen before. We see what it’s like for him to use his ability and it honestly blows me away.».
  • «The choreography and animation in this particular fight was so refreshing and felt so alive that I couldn’t stop constantly jumping out of my chair, the neon lights in the dark and the constant drops of water raining down on Choso and Yuji as they prepare. to launch one more time in silence was so badass as well, very satisfying to see».
  • «Yuji is a battle genius! He’s only at a disadvantage against all the other sorcerers because he doesn’t have any cursed techniques.».
  • «Thanks to the Jujutsu Kaisen production team for giving us this incredible fight despite the circumstances they find themselves in.».
  • «This episode was fucking good. There are no cuts to other characters talking, it’s just a pure 25 minute fight».
  • «One of the coolest things added to this fight in the anime was how Choso used his dissolving blood outside his body, his weakness, to his advantage, and blinded Yuji (4:38). An extraordinary choreography. They took one of my favorite fights in the entire manga and made it even more perfect. Wow».
  • «I can confidently say that this is one of the best animated episodes of all time».
  • «This is animation at the level of Levi’s fights».
  • «That fight was impressive and epic at the same time. It was something that impacted me a lot. The big Itadori vs Choso fight was surprising».
  • «I just hope the animators get a well-deserved break after finishing all the episodes of this season. They deserved it after giving us this».
  • «The animation was smoother than a flood of water going down the drain, the art style was more detailed than the starry night drawn by Picasso, the song choices were better than the songs written by Mozart, which was a masterpiece and a eye candy, overall, I’m going to rate it a perfect 11/10, it was beyond this world».
