On the official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Rifujin na Magonote and illustrated by sirotaka, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, a new promotional video for the second season of the project was revealed. The video confirms that The premiere is scheduled for July 2 in Japan.and shows a snippet of the musical themes, which include:
- LONGMAN will perform the opening theme titled “Spiral”, while Yuiko Oohara will perform the closing theme titled “Musubime”.
Rifujin na Magonote began publishing the light novels with illustrations by Sirotaka in January 2014 through the imprint MF Books of kadokawaand finished it in November 2022. The manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa has been published since May 2014. The work inspired a twenty-three episode anime adaptation produced by Studio Bindunder the direction and scripts written by Manabu Okamoto.

- Hiroki Hirano (first season assistant director) is in charge of directing this second season in Studio Bindreplacing Manabu Okamoto.
- Toshiya Ono (86: Eighty Six, Yakusoku no Neverland, Houseki no Kuni) is in charge of writing and supervising the scripts, also replacing Manabu Okamoto.
- sanae shimada (Sekai Seifuku: Bouryaku no Zvezda) is in charge of character design and animation direction, replacing Kazutaka Sugiyama already Yoshiko Saitou.
- Yoshiaki Fujisawa (Houseki no Kuni, Isekai Cheat Magician, Love Live! school idol project) is in charge of composing the soundtrack.
Synopsis for Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation
