As we mentioned previously, the manga The Dangers in My Heart (Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu) attracted attention not only because the immense progress in the relationship between Anna Yamada and Kyotaro Ichikawabut for a publication by author Norio Sakurai that left fans speechless.
With the story arc of Ichikawa’s sister’s concert ending with a kissing session between the two protagonists, the author presented the new story arc (which started with the recently released Chapter 129) in a rather strange way. Taking advantage of Japanese grammar where kanji can have different meanings depending on their context, the author published «次回、性の4日間はじまる (Next, the four days of sex begin)“.
Although this This could be a misinterpretation and could actually just say, “Next, the four days of fun begin.”it seems that the author wanted to increase the “expectation of deliciousness” with the closing of the most recent chapter.
It turns out that Ichikawa, Yamada, and the other three girls have arrived in Kamakura for a study camp, kicking off the “Hell Camp Arc.” With this finally comes the official translation of what the author published: “Four days of passion begin“, because only one day has passed since the first kiss between Ichikawa and Yamada, and now they will even sleep under the same roof.
While the group explores the house and establishes that Ichikawa will sleep in the hammock on the terrace, away from the girls, they decide to go to the beach for a while, leaving him alone. Ichikawa takes the opportunity to look for a hidden camera or something suspicious in the house, but ends up finding a condom. The author makes it clear that “it belongs to someone,” but she has no clue who.
While it is very likely that the condom was left by previous guests of the house, it seems that the author wants readers to have the expectation that “something might happen later.” This is precisely what has fans so excited for the next chapters, as demonstrated by the following comments:
