Considered a security threat by authorities, Frontier Setter is pursued by Angela Balzac, a member of DEVA law enforcement. When the hacker’s signal is traced to Earth, Angela takes on a physical form, transfers her consciousness into a clone body, and travels to the underworld to confront the threat. On Earth, he has the help of Dingo, a charismatic agent, and during his journey to discover the mystery behind the Frontier Setter, he little by little discovers surprising realities about the wasteland that part of humanity continues to refer to as his home, as well as paradise above.
