On the official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Satoru Yamaguchi and illustrated by Nami Hidaka, My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! (Hamefura), a new promotional video and visual was revealed for the next film in the franchise. The video shows a fragment of the main theme titled “Hare night Hallelujah!” and performed by Angela and Shouta Aoialso revealed new members of the voice cast.
The film is scheduled to premiere on December 8 in theaters in Japan.. It should be remembered that, apparently, This new project will have a completely original storyso it will not continue the second season.
The second season, officially titled as Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta… (Hamefura X), was broadcast during the season of Summer-2021 (July-September) and had twelve episodes, with Crunchyroll in charge of its distribution in the West, and maintained the same production team from the first season. On the other hand, the first season premiered in Japan in Spring-2020 (April-June) and had a total of twelve episodes.

Unfortunately, the character she was reincarnated as – Catarina Claes – is the game’s main antagonist, facing doom in every ending.
Thanks to his extensive knowledge of the game, he sets out to escape the chains of this cursed destiny. However, it will not be an easy feat, especially since he must be careful not to activate death flags that could hasten the imminent doom he seeks to avoid. Still, to bring about a change that will affect the lives of everyone around her, she strives, not as a hero, but as a villain.
