The official site for the anime adaptation of the light novels written by Tsuyoshi Fujitaka and illustrated by chisato naruse, My Instant Death Ability is So Overpowered (Sokushi Cheat ga Saikyou sugite, Isekai no Yatsura ga Marude Aite ni Naranai n desu ga), revealed his first promotional video. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for the month of January 2024 in Japanthat the Okuruto Noboru studio will be in charge of the animationthe main voice cast and the production team.
Fujitaka began publishing the story in 2016 through the independent service Shousetuka ni Naroubefore the publisher Earth Star Entertainment began its publication on paper with illustrations by chisato naruse. A manga adaptation titled as “My Instant Death Ability Is So Overpowered—AΩ” is published in the service comic earth star since 2018, hand in hand with hanamaru nanto.

Synopsis for My Instant Death Ability is So Overpowered
After waking up to utter chaos and carnage during a school field trip, Yogiri Takatou discovers that all of his class members have been transported to another world. Somehow, he himself managed to sleep through the entire ordeal, missing out on the powers of the gifts bestowed on others by a mysterious sage who appeared to transport them. Worse yet, he and another classmate were mercilessly abandoned by their friends, left as bait to distract a nearby dragon.
Although the idea of dying doesn’t bother him much, he reluctantly decides to protect his only companion.
