On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by saisou, My Company’s Small Senpai (Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi), a new promotional video for the project was revealed. The video confirms that The premiere is scheduled for July 1 in Japan.and announces more members of the voice cast, including:
- Yumiri Hanamori as Chinatsu Hayakawa.
- Nobunaga Shimazaki as Chihiro Akina.
- Mikako Komatsu like Yutaka Shinozaki.
In addition, the video also shows a snippet of the theme songs, which include the opening theme titled “HONEY” and performed by Touya Kobayashias well as the closing theme titled “Sugar” and performed by YUKA.
saisou began publishing the manga through the magazine Manga Life STORY Dash from the publisher takeshobo in April 2020, and is still in publication. Saisou is also the author of other works such as “Ikemen Kanojo to Heroine na Ore!?“; “Around 30 Onna Yuusha to Shota Orc“; and “Jitsu wa Ryouomoi Kamoshirenai Oneesan to Chuusan Danshi no Hanashi“.

- Hayato Hashiguchi (Love Live! Nijigasaki Gakuen School Idol Doukoukai) and Hiromi Ogata They are in charge of character design and animation direction.
- Sumika Horiguchi is responsible for the composition of the soundtrack.

Shinozaki is an office worker who is cared for and pampered by Shiori Katase, a senior member of his team, who is a beautiful, deeply kind, caring and diminutive woman. Shinozaki certainly hopes that she doesn’t do it out of duty… but her joy in doing so exposes his feelings more and more!
