Within the community of fans of anime figures, there is a sector that likes to buy a type of figure with quite different designs: the nendoroid. They are figures with chibi designs (that is, “very small”) that modify the appearance of the character and make it look adorable to the public. They are very different from the so-called “Funko Pop” which, compared to the “Nendoroids”, leave a lot to be desired.
Thousands of characters from anime and other media have been converted to Nendoroid figure designs, but a new figure was recently announced that definitely changed the way fans viewed Nendoroid products. It turns out that Good Smile Company announced the release of a Nendoroid figure based on Marin Kitagawa of the franchise Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru (My Dress Up Darling), or so everyone thought.
This would not be the first Nendoroid figure dedicated to the most popular waifu of the year 2022, but it turns out that this new design is focused on the character of Shizuku Kuroe from the fictional hentai video game “Slippery Girls 2!“. In the different photographs shared by the distribution company, the character appears making simple poses (It’s not Marin cosplaying), but the last photograph was the one that drew attention.
In this last photo, Shizuku appears making an ahegao expression. (a facial expression generally associated with hentai productions denoting extreme sexual pleasure that disfigures the female face). Definitely the combination of a chibi design of a Nendoroid figure with an ahegao expression is quite an odd mix, even for Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru.
And the confusion did not wait for the arrival of comments about it:
- «Oh my god, is that cum in her mouth?».
- «I know you’re all freaking out over that last photo, but you have to remember that Shizuku came from a hentai game that Marin played quite a bit, so I’m not surprised she’s wearing that expression.».
- «I was considering buying it by looking at the pictures, but after seeing the last one, I’m thinking twice».
- «Hmm, as I understand it, the image is not Marin Kitagawa, but directly Shizuku Kuroe, the hentai girl. I mean she is not cosplay she is the real character».
- «We need more Nendoroid figures dedicated to hentai characters, I would definitely buy them».
- «Oh my gosh, this is the new from Good Smile Company, I really like this new facet of the company».
- «That face will definitely become the main selling point for this product.».
- «Oh my god, what have they done?».
- «If I walk into your room and you have a Nendoroid playing with cum in her mouth, I would definitely leave right then.».
- «Since the Nendoroid figures can exchange faces with each other, now you know what it means that they have launched this product on the market.».
